June 13, 2022, Superior Court-Middlesex County. Armed Robbery and related charges dismissed by Middlesex County Prosecutor during the middle of jury trial.

June 13, 2022, Superior Court of New Jersey Middlesex County before the Honorable Pedro Jimenez, Jr., J.S.C. Client Indicted for 1st Degree Armed Robbery (10-20 years potential State Prison Sentence).  Possession of a Weapon (Knife) for unlawful purposes (3rd Degree 3-5 years potential State Prison Sentence), Possession of Knife not manifestly appropriate for such lawful purpose (18 months maximum potential State Prison Sentence), and D.P. Resisting Arrest (six months potential maximum sentence in county jail).  After attorney Sanzone’s powerful opening statement and withering cross-examination of alleged victim, the Middlesex County Prosecutor dismissed all of the State prison charges, including armed robbery in return for a plea to 4th Degree possession of Knife.  The Client received a sentence of time served and released from the Middlesex County Jail by the Court that day, with a fine of $155.00, and no probation. Justice was served.
