Defendant Wins Jury Verdict Against NJ Attorney General - Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County - Discrimination Case

Superior Court of New Jersey-Union County. Defendant charged by the N.J. attorney general division of civil rights for refusing to rent to a Muslim woman. After a four day jury trial, jury finds that the defendant did not discriminate against the woman because of her Muslim faith, and no-causes the N.J. attorney general, giving Sanzone's client a complete victory.
