Superior Court of New Jersey-Union County. Defendant charged by the N.J. attorney general division of civil rights for refusing to rent to a Muslim woman. After attorney Sanzone wins on first jury trial, Attorney General files an appeal and Appellate Division reverses win. On second jury trial attorney Sanzone wins for the second time, and the jury awards no monetary compensation to the plaintiff.
